South Austin treasure, Green Pasture, was the perfect backdrop for this wedding. The bride choose many lovely peacock details to bring the even together. The bridesmaids wore purple dresses and the groomsman’s tuxes had tails. Something that always puts a smile on my face. The guests escort cards featured peacock feathers and the wedding cake featured purple flowers. At all of the weddings I photograph I make a special effort to be sure that I have a nice portrait of the parents of the bride and groom. From my own experience, I was very disappointed that my photographers did not take the time to do a nice portrait of my mother and her date. The identical twin boys were perfect little angels and fell asleep just in time to miss the Icecream bar. I had never seen Green Pastures do an Icecream Bar, but I was impressed!
